1. Search domain name

• Search the domain name through domain selling list.
• Search the domain name through Advanced Search

2. Make an offer

There are two ways to sell the domain names: Fixed price and make-offer.
When seller choose fixed price, your offer must be equal to his fixed price, it will make the deal more likely to successful; but if the fixed price exceed your expectation, you can offer your highest budget for seller's reference.
When seller choose make-offer, you only have to offer a price higher than his minimal offer, but once your offer are not reasonable, seller will reject to further negotiate with you.

3. Negotiation

When you offer a price,seller has four choices:

• Accept your offer, and start the transaction with you.
• Reject to further negotiate with you, because your offer seems unreasonable.
• Go on negotiating with you, and make a counter-offer for your reference, cause your offer are still lower than his expectation.
• Your offer seems reasonable, but still lower than seller's expectation, seller can start auction for this domain name if you agree. When you confirm the seller to start the auction,your offer will be the first bid,and at the same time, your account will be frozen some deposit until the offer be exceeded by other people.

4. Transaction

Once you and seller confirm the price, our system will automatically start the transaction, the transaction process are as follow:

• System automatically start the transaction
  The transaction includes the price, seller pays for the escrow fees, transaction term and so on.
• Buyer pays to 4.CN
  Buyer pay through PayPal or wire transfer, and write down the transferring way you wanted for seller's reference.(by directly pushing the domain if the registrar supports, or by getting the AUTH-CODE.)
• Seller transfer the domain to buyer
  After the buyer's payment, the transaction state changes to "Awaiting seller transfer the domain". Seller transfers the domain to buyer via directly push or supplying with the AUTH-CODE.
• Awaiting Buyer Confirm Transfer
  Buyer received the domain name, check it and change the owner's information, finally, login www.goldename.com to confirm the receipt and close the transaction.
• 4.CN pays to seller
  After the transaction closed, seller can click "Request Refund" . 4.CN will pay seller during 1 working day.
