1950-60年：成为美国陆军标准配给品（真爽），并且在60年代成为美国知名帆布鞋大厂之一。
1972年：BF Goodrich公司撤消皮鞋生产线，并将转卖给Eltra公司
1975年：PF FLYERS品牌从1976年的Brookfield AS、1984年的Hyde Athletic社、1991年LJO社，权利不断来去转移。
2001年2月：New Balance拿下最新的品牌权利
2003年2月：全美国再度发行
2003年3月：日本での贩売开始。
2004-now：欧洲市场（ロンドン伦敦、巴黎、米兰）入侵、韩国、オーストラリア（澳大利亚）市场扩展中
